KEEGAN WHITE with HAILEY WARD and THE SCOUTING REPORT - From First Avenue

at 7th Street Entry - Hailing from the Pacific Northwest, Seattle native Keegan White writes music inspired by his roots on the west coast. His powerful lyrics, coupled by his passionate vocals, are backed by his acoustic but energetic sound that resonates emotionally with the listener. Coming off of his debut EP, Return, he has been active in the twin cities music scene, played shows across the Midwest and will be going on a tour this summer with a final stop in his hometown of Seattle. SPECIAL GUESTS: HAILEY WARD Hailey is a 19-year-old indie-folk singer-songwriter from Williston, Vermont. She currently studies at McNally Smith College of Music in Saint Paul, MN as a Songwriting/Composition major. Her vocals are sweet and sassy, accompanied by her skills on piano, ukulele and guitar. With influences from Sara Bareilles, Ingrid Michaelson, The Head & The Heart, and Coldplay, Hailey’s indie-folk songwriting is easy-listening for all ears. THE SCOUTING REPORT Hannah “Scout” Field and Ryan Dugan created The Scouting Report when they met as freshmen music majors at Macalester College. They write acoustic rock with hints of folk and pop, and they perform all over the Twin Cities. The group is slated to record their first full-length album in January 2017.
