Time to make the dough! Then toss it... and top it...and eat it (that's really the best part!) This class starts with a champagne cocktail and some house-made appetizers. Then it's time to learn all about that dough. We'll teach you the ins and outs of making pizza dough from scratch (gluten-free peeps, we've got your covered!). Then we move into the all-important technique of dough-tossing. From there, it's all about what you like on top: make your pie with all your fave fixings and one of our four sauces (classic marinara, alfredo, BBQ or nut-free pesto). And lastly, enjoy your creation with a seasonal salad and a dessert pizza! BONUS! You get to take home the dough you make in class! Alright, alright, alright! This is a hands-on, interactive class that typically takes about 2.5-3 hours. $85/person Beer + Wine will be available for purchase.
