Chef Jeremy Bechtold's menu will highlight the breadth of Summit's portfolio by pairing them with seasonal and local dishes. No EPA, though- you've all had that already!

First Course: Artisan Bread and Compound Butters paired with Keller Pils

Second Course: Lovejoy Gazpacho paired with Cabin Crusher Kolsch with Lime

Third Course: Black Garlic Sturgeon paired 120 Schilling Scotch Ale

Fourth Course: Locally foraged Chamomile Sorbet paired with Slugfest Juicy IPA

Fifth Course: Minnesota Cheese and Honey Board paired with Old Blaggard Barleywine
