Join us for this three-part series featuring Italian, Spanish, and French wines! We’ll explore the important regions of each country and highlight classic grape varieties and styles, alongside some unique and little-known counterparts to broaden your horizons and expand your palate. In our current era of wine eccentricity (“Do you have an off-dry pet-nat Gewurztraminer from Lower Utah?”) combing the French wine aisle can feel a little old-hat. But even inside regions with incredible reputations and even more incredible prices (we’re looking at you, Bordeaux and Burgundy), hidden gems abound. Join wine specialist Sam for an evening of learning (or revisiting) the ABCs of French wine, while also exploring the rugged, wilder corners of this classic wine country. Attendees will receive a cheese plate and special event pricing on all wines tasted. This class is part of France 44’s 3-part The World of Wine Series. You may purchase these classes individually for $50 each, or you can purchase all three together for a package price of $120. This option is available on the main page of France 44’s Dojour class offerings. Participants must be 21 years old. Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration is transferable to another France 44 class through Dojour. All classes are subject to minimum enrollment. If a class is cancelled, we'll notify you 48 hours in advance. Please notify France 44 with any dietary restrictions or preferences. France 44 has ample parking for all attendees and is wheelchair accessible.
