Join meatmonger Eric and wine specialist Adam for a showcase of France 44’s incredible house-made sausages, charcuterie products, and fresh meat cuts, and learn which wines pair best with them. We’ll cover prep and cooking tips to elevate your grilling game this spring and summer, and give you the inside scoop on classic wines and some new, unique favorites. Attendees will enjoy a sample board of our house-prepared meats and accompaniments, and a flight of wines from around the world to pair. Participants must be 21 years old. Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration is transferable to another France 44 class through Dojour. All classes are subject to minimum enrollment. If a class is cancelled, we'll notify you 48 hours in advance. Please notify France 44 with any dietary restrictions or preferences. France 44 has ample parking for all attendees and is wheelchair accessible.
