The class that everyone has been asking for! Learn to make your own sausage. This hands on class will walk you through our step by step process of sausage making. In this class you'll: >Prepare sausage kits >Learn about proper pork sourcing >Grind and Mix sausage >Learn about making a proper emulsification >Stuff sausage >Learn about the benefits of pre-cooking your sausages >This is a rigorous 3 hours of standing on your feet and getting your hands dirty. Each participant will receive sausage that they make in class. Please note this class is being held in our France 44 butcher's quarters. Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration is transferable to another France 44 class through Dojour. All classes are subject to minimum enrollment. If a class is cancelled, we'll notify you 48 hours in advance.
