Who doesn't love a spritz? The simple-yet-irresistable combo of Prosecco, sparkling water, and bitter liqueur has become internationally popular in the last decade, equally at-home in both college dives and high-end cocktail bars. How did this cocktail achieve almost mythic popularity? Join Sam for a hands-on dive into the Spritz; from its origins as a soldier's drink in the Austro-Hungarian Empire to its modern-day, Aperol-branded incarnation. Along the way, we'll mix up a smörgasbord of Spritzes, Spritz-relatives, and other aperitivo-inspired drinks in the France 44 Classroom. 

Participants must be 21 years old.

Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration is transferable to another France 44 class through Dojour.

All classes are subject to minimum enrollment. If a class is cancelled, we'll notify you 48 hours in advance.

France 44 has ample parking for all attendees and is wheelchair accessible.
