Learn the process of brewing with Head Brewer Danny, your expert guide to crafting Blue Owl Brewing sour beer. As you may know, homebrewing takes more than a few hours so we're invited to hang out with Head Brewer Danny during this entire process or at whichever point best fits your curiosity and questions. Danny will be available to talk through the entire process and answer any questions during the 11AM - 12PM block and we'll have homebrew worksheets with a step-by-step guide for you to bring home as well. The day's itinerary is listed below. Please let us know what time blocks you're interested in or if you'll be with us all day. Note: Each ticket includes a commemorative Blue Owl’s glass and four beers to enjoy during or after the workshop.
