Pajarito is Turning Two! Come Help Us Celebrate! We’re celebrating our restaurant’s second anniversary with an exclusive two-day pop up dinner Dec. 5 and 6. To create the menu, we’ve invited two powerhouse guest chefs to join us – Justin Carlisle and John Kraus. Chef Carlisle is a familiar name to Wisconsinites, owner of Ardent, Laughing Taco and Red Light Ramen, plus a four-time James Beard Best Chef Midwest nominee. Chef Kraus is a pastry wunderkind, owner of Patisserie 46, and Rose Street Patisserie, as well as a member of the prestigious Relais Desserts. Our menu will be a la carte and feature a playful combination of upscale ramen and tacos with shared plates by Carlisle, desserts by Kraus and additional dishes by our own two Chefs Stephan Hesse and Tyge Nelson. We’re also collaborating with Bad Weather Brewing to create a special celebratory brew in honor of the occasion. Patrick Denny bar guru of Pajarito and staff will also have a special cocktail menu featuring spirits from Japan and Mexico.
